Your pill gives you T4. Your body runs on T3.
You take your levothyroxine every morning, your labs come back "perfect", and by four in the afternoon you are running on empty. That is not a discipline problem. There is one step, the one that turns T4 into T3, that your blood test never measures. That is where Thyroid Balance works, with no hormones and without touching your dose.

One formula, for the step your test never measures
Thyroid support in sublingual drops, built for people already taking levothyroxine. No hormones, no change to the dose that took you years to get right.
What happens between your pill and your cells
Levothyroxine is T4, the hormone at rest. For it to enter the cell and switch it on, your body still has to strip off one iodine atom and turn it into T3. The pill fills the tank. Nobody told you the tank is not the engine.
That switch is made by enzymes called deiodinases, and they are selenoproteins: selenium does not "support" them, it is physically part of them. Your pituitary, the gland that makes the TSH they measure, produces its own T3 locally and almost never runs short. That is why the paperwork comes back normal while your muscles, your head and your hair follicles are still waiting.
Four parts, two droppers
Selenium sits inside the enzyme
The deiodinase that turns T4 into T3 carries selenium at its active site. Without it, that step only half happens.
Zinc, iodine and L-tyrosine
Zinc works alongside selenium in that same step. Iodine and L-tyrosine are the raw material your body builds the hormone from.
No hormones, no re-adjusting
It contains no thyroid hormone. It does not compete with your pill and it does not force you to change the dose that took you years to get right.
Four hours later
2 droppers under the tongue, kept apart from your pill. That way iron, calcium and zinc do not cut into how much levothyroxine you absorb.
Data, not promises
Where our claims about T4 to T3 conversion come from, including what the research still has not settled. In a survey of 12,146 patients with hypothyroidism, average satisfaction with treatment was 5 out of 10, with the dose adjusted and labs in range (Peterson et al., Thyroid, 2018).
Deiodinases are selenoproteins
The enzymes that turn T4 into T3 carry selenium at their active site. That is the biochemical reason selenium shows up across almost all of the thyroid literature, and not a marketing line.
Nature Reviews Endocrinology, 201515% still had low free T3
In a study of 1,811 people with no thyroid gland and a TSH inside the reference range, 15% still had free T3 below normal. Good paperwork and a body that feels wrong is not something you are imagining.
Gullo et al., PLOS One, 2011 (n=1,811)What we are not going to promise you
This is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and it does not cure any disease. It does not replace levothyroxine or anything your endocrinologist has prescribed, and you never stop a treatment on your own. If you take medication, have an autoimmune condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor first.

What the people already taking it say
The first thing to do anything for me in years
I do not write reviews. Ever. But this one earned it. Total thyroidectomy 2 years ago, on the medication the whole time, labs always "perfect". And I could not get off the sofa at 2 in the afternoon. Three weeks on this and my husband said to me on a Saturday: "you look different". And he was right, because I finally slept and woke up without that slab of concrete on me.
The first thing that goes to the root
I tried NDT, selenium capsules, ashwagandha, B12 shots, iron, gluten free for 8 months. Nothing moved. Hypothyroid for 5 years. This is the first thing that goes to the root of why none of the rest was working. 6 weeks in and the afternoon crash is gone.
This one actually worked
Hashimoto's for 10 years. Nothing had worked. This did. More energy, clearer head, 7 lb down. I have ordered 3 more bottles.
Two minerals, and a few plants that have been around for centuries
Selenium and zinc are not a trending ingredient. They are the two minerals that come up again and again in the thyroid literature, because your body needs them at the exact point of the conversion. Next to them sit iodine and L-tyrosine, the raw material the hormone itself is built from.
The rest of the formula comes from tradition: ashwagandha and holy basil from India, schisandra from northern China, guggul from the resin of a tree in Rajasthan. And it comes as drops, not a capsule, because with hypothyroidism the stomach absorbs less well, and what you take under the tongue does not depend on it.
