Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern every sale made through laftya.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Products
We sell dietary supplements and digital guides. Product photographs are illustrative. Formulas, labels and packaging may change; the label on the bottle you receive is the reference.
Our supplements are not medicines. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before use. Never stop a prescribed treatment on your own.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable VAT for European Union destinations. For destinations outside the European Union, prices exclude local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. See the Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, a payment problem, or a destination we cannot lawfully ship to.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order through our secure payment providers. The transaction is encrypted end to end.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs, times and excluded destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal
Every order is covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee, described in the Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Our guarantee is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.
8. Subscriptions
Where a product is offered on a subscription, the billing frequency and the price are shown before you confirm. You can cancel at any time from your customer account or by emailing contact@laftya.com, with effect from the next billing date.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation, in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, contact us first at contact@laftya.com. European Union consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
