Grill Oil Spray
300 ml of your own oil, an even mist, no puddle at the bottom of the basket.
Vegetables in a mesh basket want a thin film of oil, not a pour. Poured oil runs to the bottom, drips onto the coals and flares. Three or four presses of the lever and every piece is coated, which is also what makes the char stick to the food instead of to the steel.

Care and use +
Fill it to about 300 ml, press the lever three or four times, then spray from roughly 20 cm away. Rinse the bottle with warm water when you change oil, otherwise the old oil turns and the nozzle clogs. The glass bottle is dishwasher safe. Do not put the black head in the machine.
